Obituary:

Lorraine B. Tracy long time Malta resident died at the Steele Memorial Hospital at Salmon, Idaho Friday afternoon after a six month illness. She was born at Cottonwood, Utah 25 July 1912, cam to Malta Idaho as a child with her parents Mr. and Mrs. William Barrett and attended Malta, Almo and Albion schools. She was an active member of the L.D.S. Church especially the M. I. A. activity. She married Lorenzo Tracy 26 Oct 1932, at the Logan Temple.

Survivors include her husband and 6 sons, Dee, Milo, Juan, Lanny, Dana, and Victor all of Malta and 3 daughters Mrs. Rosina Hammon of Salmon, Idaho, Diana and Lila of Malta. 1 granddaughter and her parents. Six brother, Lorence of Alaska, Joseph, Clarence Lorin and Shirley all of Malta and Dean of Bountiful, Utah. Four sisters Edna Hartshorneof, SLC, Mrs. Verna Clark Layton, Utah, Mrs. Evelyn Weeks Idaho Falls and Wilma Ottley Quincy, Washington.

Funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Malta L.D.S. Chapel with Bishop J. Henry Thompson officiating. Interment will be in the Malta Cemetery. Friends may call at the Payne Mortuary Tuesday and Tuesday evening and Wednesday 1 hour prior to the services.
